Take an opportunity sometime to create luck for yourself!

Only through allowing ourselves to be seen for who and what we are, are we free to be ourselves.

One of the really great things that she said during this and showed in the clips is that when you do not allow yourself to feel shame, vulnerability, or sadness, or fear, you shut off your ability to feel joy and happiness as well.
